Nesting Trio
I love dark backgrounds and the drama they create. The simplest subject takes on a totally different look. This painting sold at Madison Market.

Bird Nest with Eggs
In this still life class we concentrated on fruits the first 2 weeks, and bird's nests the second two weeks. Nests, in all shapes and forms, are the "thing" to paint right now! Very challenging to keep the brush strokes loose and make each one count! This is one of my favorite "results." 12 x 9 $325
